~ Please note that crystals are natural formations that vary in color, size, shape, and weight. Slight imperfections are a normal occurrence and are not grounds for a refund. Discounts are already included for any major chips in the pricing.

~ If looking to cancel your order, you must reach out through email 24 hours after order placement. Anytime after those 24 hours, the cancellation cannot occur as we have already started fulfilling your order.
